    If I understood you correctly you want to add image (logo) to email Notification/ Autoresponder.

    I have cloned your form and I saw that you already added image to your Autoresponder.

    If you want to achieve something else please, provide us more details and we will be happy to assist you.

    It seems to be working now yesterday the image was missing from the test email?

    Glad to see it is working now. It is possible that the email was not saved properly and is the reason you did not receive the image in your notification.

    I spoke to soon the test email has the image but the real responder email does not

    Sorry for to hear you are still having issues. I have just reviewed your forma and email notification. I did noticed that the image did not come through the first time. Once I removed the image URL, re-inserted and save the form, the image appeared properly in the email notification.

    I did a couple of test and after the second time all the email notification had the image shown properly. Please let us know if you are still having problems with this. We will be glad to take another look.
