Designer is stuck on orange splash screen.
Have cleared ALL history, form data, cookies, etc.
Have now tried on totally different computer, windows 8
I'm running windows 10.
Have tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

As of checking with my forms, I can't reproduce the problem. I also tried it with one of your forms and it is working here.
I suggest to try it again this time and let us know if you continue to encounter this problem.
