Hi, I created a new api in mail chimp and when I bring it into jot form it authenticates, but does not show the new list in the drop down menu. I have tried signing out, clearing out my cache and cookies, signing back in, and trying again, but this is not working. Do you have another suggestion?

I tried it here and it is working fine. It is showing all the list after entering the MailChimp API key.
I suggest to try it again with a new API key and see if that makes a difference.

Hi, this is still not working, I have tried again using both the old API as well as creating anew one. There are only 7 lists showing up in jot form when I have 9 available in mail chimp. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust to make them all show up? -

Hello Patricia,
I am not sure what is causing this issue. I did check one of your mailchimp integrated form and it only shows 7 list.
I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of your MailChimp account with 9 lists and we will report it to our backend team. The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

Thank you for the screenshot. However, the screenshot that you have shared is the list of API keys. The lists on your MailChimp account can be displayed by clicking on Lists on the top menu.
Please check the lists available in your account and provide us with the screenshot so that we can forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation.
