It still not rest and even my storage is not rest. Can you please check what is the matter.

I'm sorry, but my colleague have already done it for you and we can only do it once per account. You have 58 and that's half of the free account limit which is 100 submissions per month. You have 77MB of Files in your forms and we can see it to our end so there's no way the counter is wrong. You may consider upgrading your account to increase your limits.
