First time user - my form is not showing the payment and submit in the link

The payment info and submit button is on the form but when I test it, they are not there?

You're right, I can see the error, the payment method and button are not there.

For testing purposes I cloned your form and I saw that you have many conditions that are not set up or they are partially set up.

If you click, in form designer, on conditions button:

You can see that most of your conditions logic have errors since they are not set up:

So when I disabled your condition logic for a moment, your payments method and submit button are there, which you can see on this cloned link: https://form.jotformeu.com/60223897378365

So please check your conditions logic, I'm not sure, what you are trying to achieve with them, but I'll be more than happy to help you with that if you need more assistance.
