    Billing cycle

    Hi, Can you let me know what the "date" of my billing cycle is? I'm anticipating a few submissions  —about 20— as soon as I post a form, but I'm afraid I may go over my limit of 145. (already at 125 for month). When do my monthly submission limits clear and revert back to 0?

    Hi,

    Your account is on the free plan and your submission counter has reached to 124 submissions which already bypassed the free limit 100 submissions per month. However, since you have completed some of the Get More tasks, your limit was increased to 170 submissions per month. Therefore, you still have enough space before it reaches the allocated quota.

    For all users, submissions counter will automatically reset to zero on every first day of the following month. Example, next reset would be on February 01, 2016.

    Is the billing cycle based on the month or 30 day period?

    Example if I upgrade my account today (01/31/2016) will I be billed for January and February? Or will I be billed for 01/31/2016 to 02/29/2016?
