Hello,
I've just cloned our dog application form and amended it so it's suitable for cats.
I submitted a test application to make sure it's working ok. It looks ok on the application, but when it comes through to our email address it seems to 'default' to the dog application form.
Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I would suggest you to delete the current email notification, since it has the default data, and then add a new one in order to get the fresh data of your form.
