First you will need to delete your current email, you can do it by following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings
Then, just add the settings again : http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
You should be able to use your new SMTP now.
