    Our apologies. I've checked the form and it's properly configured. But you are integrating it to Contacts so I would suggest checking it with your Contacts section and make sure to view "Recently Added" contacts or the "Unread Contacts".

    If you see nothing there, let us know so we can investigate further. You have opted to our EU DataCenter and this might be the case and needs to be checked.

    I've cloned and tested it. It seems working on my side. Can you remove the integration and re-integrate again?

    Is the two-factor authentication enabled in your Zoho Account?

    Can you check if App Specific Password is also set?

    If this is set, you should use this password instead of your account password.

     

     

    You are currently using your login to authenticate, this should work, but can you try to Authentication Token method?

    I've tested it several times. Now, it is not working on my side. In spite of integrating the zoho integration correctly it doesn't add new submission to contacts or lead.

    There is something I want to indicate. You should use correct and different email addresses while filling the form. Moreover, as far as I know, the zoho CRM sends notification to your email address when you submit the form. You should also check that notification/ After validating the submission, it will add submission automatically to contacts. However, when I had submitted the form I didn't receive any notification from Zoho CRM.

    I will forward that issue to our developers. We will update you via this thread when we solve the problem.

    I have received a charter request thru jot form ,although the person named
