Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

    Hi there,

I am getting the following error, but only when trying to pull some of my attachments:

    ---

    Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

This link has generated too much traffic and have automatically been disabled.

    ---

Could someone please look into this?  I have inquired before if there is some way I can check my bandwidth usage, or what the limits actually are (they don't seem to show in the "Resources" section of my account).

It is odd that only some links trigger the error, while some attachments I am able to download.  Is there an account wide bandwidth limit, or is it per link?

    Thank-you for any help!

We will be glad to review this. Can you please provide the URL of the file you are trying to download?

This error occurs when you downloaded a file past the limit. For small files (less than 10MB), you may download 100 times per month. For large file (100MB), you can only download it 10 times per month.

    Hi Victor,

Thanks for the reply.  I did not know about the per file limit.  All of my attachments are small, so could you check if I have reached the 100 limit on some of my recent files?

    Here is one:

If there is any way I can get them reinstated so I can download them once more, I shouldn't go over the limit again.

    Thanks!

Than you for your update. I have just reviewed the file and did notice that it was downloaded 100 times. I reset the counter for this file. You should be able to download the file now. Please keep in mind that this can only be reset ONLY once.
