It's a shame that you guys are having to deal with the problems you're facing right now. As a long-term customer, let me express my thanks to you for both protecting your customer data, for providing your customers with an easy way of addressing these problems, and for putting up with the expected questions and complaints in a thoughtful, professional manner. Kudos to your staff. Hopefully, we'll see the end of this soon.

I had my problem fixed rather quickly. My forms were back up before my work even realized that they were down.
I would suggest you be more forthcoming with information sooner and with more clarity next time.
