Transfer to EU not working

    I keep getting emails to transfer my jotforms to EU, but I don't seem to be able to follow the links. I am

    using iPhone and iPad Air and after clicking 'transfer to EU' the page just refreshes and I'm still in the same spot.

    I am based in the UK. Do I even need to transfer or is my data automatically in the EU?

    Are you referring to the ctexcellence or some other JotForm account?

    Once the transfer is done, you should be able to use the next EU domain to access and manage your forms and data.

    As far as I understand, we have to move (automatically) the EU data to the EU zone by the end of Jan, 2016.
