I am looking to upgrade our company to a paid version but am wondering if we need to use more then "Bronze Plan" or 1000 submissions if we hit the 1000 limit what happens then???
Do we lose the ability to submit a form until the next billing date or does the forms save and still receive and hold them until we are billed for the next level up?
I am not sure how the billing and form submission count works and we need to know we don't want to pay for more than we need but we don't wanna lose our ability to make sure we receive all incoming forms every time.

Thank you for contacting us. When you reach the limit of the plan you have, all your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to submit any more forms. You will either have to upgrade your account or wait till the following month when the counter resets.
If you think or now that you will require more than 1000 submission per month, I would suggest you coice another plan that fits so. This so you forms will not be disabled and your users will be able to submit the forms with no issue.
