I want to appreciate the team for creating a good platform like this. keep it up, i personally enjoy your services.
Kindly help me to review what is going on with my login, I have been trying to login and they are both correct. After entering the details, the page will reload and fail to redirect to my portal.
kindly help me to resolve the problem, if it's from your end.

If I understood you correctly, you are unable to login to your JotForm account.
I have checked email address you used to post this thread and I found account with username falodboy. You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:
1. Go to jotform login page
2. Click on the login button on top
3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button
4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
