I have a form that I would like to set the "reply to" address to the form submitter, and have the form go to the Supervisor, or a VP, depending on how the form is completed and the email addresses provided. I don't see a way to do this with the email notifications or the conditions. Is this possible?
Goal: An employee can fill out this form and it will go to the supervisor or VP for approval. All the Supervisor or VP has to do is respond to the email which will go back to the employee who then has the necessary information to complete a purchase order.

I believe this should be possible. I checked your form, I presume you the employee email is the "Purchaser's email", is that correct?
If you have setup an email notification, the "Reply-To Email" has the list of fields where you can fetch the "Purchaser's Email".
If you are setting up an autoresponder, you can set the "Reply-To Email" by adding the form field tag there. In this case, if it's the "Purchaser's Email", the field tag is {purchasersEmail}.
You can get the field name tag when you open the field's properties. Here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names
Here's a quick guide:
1. Right click on the field, choose "Edit Properties".
2. Here you can see the field name at the properties window.
Now after that, when the recipient gets the email and clicked the "Reply" button, it will be addressed to the "Reply-To Email" value.
You can make a test setup and a test submission to see how it works. Let us know if you need more assistance on this.
