Selecting multiple fields in show / hide multiple condition not working properly on Mac

Hi 

I have lots of questions in may form. For each one I need to select lots of other questions to hide.

When using the command key (mac) I wont let me not selct the one a want to not hide. It also wont let slect the whole list then deselect the ones and want to show

Can you help?

Now I do believe that the issue is that you can not select multiple fields as you would like using Command+Click within the Conditions when setting up multiple show / hide condition.

If that is true, can you tell us what Mac OS you are using so that we can check on the same/similar since our developers are working on Macs it would be something that they would notice right away, so I presume that there is some specific issue and knowing more details about it before raising it to our developers would be best.

I would also like to suggest using the following approach for faster form and simpler conditions: Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool

This of course only works for adjacent fields.

Yes - thats the problem I am having. I can select multiply fields I just cant not select one of them if that makes sense. IE I can only select fields in a row

I use Yosemite 10.10

OK, thank you for the additional details Graham.

Since you say that you are not able to select just one of them, can you please grab a screenshot when you try to do the same?

I only say this to avoid checking any other fields than the ones that are required.

This should also tell us which one of the conditions on the Choose your activity field this happens on as well.

Thank you for the screenshot. Looking at the same I see that this is related to the 5th condition (where activity is Glamping for Girls).

Looking at it the following fields are currently set to be hidden:

from field 10 to field 16 and then again starting with 19th field and ending with 27th field.

Per your screenshot it seems that fields 23 and 24 were deselected, but 22 still be selected.

As such I presume that this is the field with the issue.

I will ask my colleagues with Mac to try to recreate the same if possible and we will update you about it through this thread.

Just wanted to update you Graham about the issue.

My colleagues have checked and can not re-create the same issue. They can also use Command + A to select all fields.

Can you please try again, but using another browser - such as FireFox?
