How to make a calculation using check boxes?

    I have a "conference registration" that is currently in Excel.  It lists the number of hours each module is. The end user selects modules and the document automatically calculates how many total hours the training will be.  I'm trying to create this in Jotform and having trouble. Please help.  I have attached my Excel spreadsheet

    I am unable  to download spreadsheet you provided.

    From what you mentioned I think that you can use Matrix table field.

    Then you can follow instructions provided inside of this guide to find out how to perform form calculation in the Matrix field:
