We have reset a bandwidth limit for files you provided. Please note that this can be done only once per account.
You should be able to download them now. Please note that we have the following bandwidth restrictions:
Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views (downloads).
Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views (downloads).
*BANDWIDTH LIMIT: Number of times a user can download files stored in the account
I would advise taking advantage of 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we have integrations with, like Dropbox and Google Drive so that you can better host your images.
