I am having problem with the form. Every time I try to forward the submitted forms to myself, I get an error message saying "There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page." Or... "Please correct the captcha" even though the captcha is correct. Reloading the page doesn't fix the problem either. Please see the screenshot below. Thanks for your help.

I can't seem to reproduce this problem. I tried it twice without any problem using a free account.
I suggest to try it again and let us know if you continue to have this problem on your end.
