I tried the "Field Manager" app in my end and it seems to be working.
It might be a temporary loading issue. I am also using the latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 10. Could you please try again, also, please do check if you have a plugin/extension/add-on in your browser that might be blocking our scripts.
You can also try using a different browser like Firefox to see if gives you the same problem. Let us know if any of the suggestions work.
