    Authorize.net Integration: Unable to pass custom "Invoice Number Field" value on recurring payments

    We are currently using the "work around" method to allow for one time donations and recurring donations via iFrame Embed. I was able to successfully pass "invoice #" into auth.net with one-time donations but it doesn't pass through on the recurring (ARB) donations.

    Passing "Donation Type" to the field calculator that is hidden at the bottom. Field calculator shows "Donation Type a-z"

    I made a test setup and it seems like the custom "Invoice Number Field" does not work in subscriptions, however, it works on custom amounts.

    Here's my test setup:

    I have a drop down field for the Invoice number field, here's my form: https://form.jotform.com/60251632361951 

    In my properties, the "Invoice Number Field" is set to the form calculation widget named "Calculation" which fetches the value of the drop down field.


    This is how it shows in my Sandbox account when I make test payments.

    Recurring payments:

    It looks like it does not work in the recurring payments, let me forward this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi Andrew,

    This bug should be fixed by now—invoice number should pass on to Authorize.Net subscriptions from here on out.
