Customer Support

Not a question...but an observation. You guys have among the best client/customer support I have ever had had the pleasure of dealing with. I own a technology consulting firm and have been in the technology field since 1984 and have experienced many client and customer support services, both internally and from vendors. The support here at JF is as excellent as any I've ever experienced. You respond to questions quickly, provide useful solutions and are more than willing to "get your hands dirty", so to speak, when assisting clients with figuring out problems. 

Personally, I appreciate the effort and the team approach to support, I commend you on your fast turnaround time, and I hope that as you continue to grow, you maintain the excellent level of support for your valuable service!
