Dear Jot Form team,
Access to the DESIGNER tool has not been possible for the last 3-4 hours on my end. It just shows goes to the paper brown page and nothing else happens.
Is it me that's doing something right (still getting familiar withJot Form). If the cause is not me, any idea as to when the tool will resume to normal?

Our sincerest apologies, Norm. We are aware of this problem and we have escalated it to our developers for a quick resolution. We will let you know here once this is fixed.

This is now fixed. The form designer should be working fine normally as usual. Thanks!
