Hello Support Team,
In the overview under MY FORMS, we always see e.g. 1 still as unread, but I cannot 'see' this request.
How can I search for it - or how can this get corrected as it is a bit confusing.

I checked your account and I didn't see the unread icon you are referring to.
Normally, you will see that unread icon if there is a notification and you haven't read it yet. You need the select the form and then click the "Inbox" option and read those messages.
