Not receiving email from completed form

    I have a form that when I run a tets it emails me. However, when ever anyone fills it out on line it does not. I can see the notifications if I log in. Can you tell me what I may have wrong.

    I checked our email logs and the notifications to "ward_steve@talk21.com" have indeed been failing to be delivered.  It looks like they may be blocked as spam.  Try whitelisting our domains and IP's with your email provider to see if that allows for the notifications to come through:

    If that does not work, change your sender email from noreply@jotform.com to noreply@formresponse.com:
