Cant view my forms

    I've created a few forms. But when I try to view them it says "Form not found, this form is disabled". 

    But i checked, all my forms are activated. 


    Am I missing something?

    I have checked your account and your account is autosuspended by the phishing filter because of the suspected phishing form you have: 

    Inside of this forms you are asking for user login credentials (password) and that is in violation of JotForm Terms of Use.

    Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately. 

    I have deleted mentioned form form your account and I have activated your account. Please do not create this type of form or your account will be again suspended. 

    Also I would suggest you to create your form in English and then translate them. Inside of this guide you can find out how to make your form multilingual:
