How do you change the background color from green to white?

Pls refer to the link which shows green background on the header.  Is it possible to change it to regular background without color.

You can change the header background color, as well as many other design aspects of the form, from the form designer:

While editing your form, click the designer button, then once your form is loaded in the designer, click on the header to change its properties:

The background color is one of the options.  Clear the background color and this is how the form would look:
