URL in emails

    I have just a couple of forms but a URL with jotform.com for these couple of forms was sent to hundreds of clients.  The link is still working and I can continue to test it periodically.  Is there a chance that the .com will start working again so I do not have to send out this embarrassing correction e-mail to these clients.

    This suspension could get lifted at any moment, the offering of these new domains that our users can use are to safeguard form availability in case the issue with jotform.com does drag on for an extended period.

    The reason you can still see those forms on the suspended domain is because whichever DNS server you are using hasnt yet refreshed its information, this too could happen at any moment. You should also be aware that just because you can still see your forms on jotform.com, it does not necessarily mean all your clients will. 


    I am sorry about any embarrassment caused and any extra work involved, but I do suggest resending the emails with the new URL is probably the right course of action.
