Hi Jot Form team,
It is no longer possible to update the background image of a form. An image can be selected in the designer tool and saved. But the change does not appear in the form editor.
The designer tool had issues yesterday (was not available). Perhaps the issue I'm reporting as something to do with it.
Please advise as to what I can do - if at all - to address this asap.

We were having issues earlier with changes being made in the designer not showing when saved. This has been resolved and you should now be able to apply changes in the designer once again.
If you are still unable to, let us know which form you are having trouble with, as well as the image you are trying to apply to the background and we will be happy to have a look.
