I have several forms in my Jotform acct, but I'm changing jobs so I went in to change email on the acct and password so our IT Director could have access and pass it along when my replacement has been hired. Now I can't get logged on. ??
User name (was unable to edit): driser
User email (now is): email@example.com
What am I missing? I want to gt back to my forms so I can create a how to edit Jotform cheat sheet before my last day (this Thurs).

I have checked and I found account with username driser. However email address of that account is not firstname.lastname@example.org. Email address of that account is same as email address you used to post this thread email@example.com.
You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:
1. Go to jotform login page
2. Click on the login button on top
3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button
4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
You can change email address of your account on Profile page of your account. Simply click on edit option and enter your new email address and save changes.
