Yesterday I was told that our form was in your bounce list, We did not put it in the bounce list and would like a credit for the 2 months that the form was not working as that has never happened before. We lost business because the form was not working properly.

Regarding to your form, please, share us the link to it, we will take a look.
Also, your email address could be in our bounce list due to many reasons, we need to get the link to the email, so we will be able to find the email that were in our bounce list.

Great to know it's solved now.
However, I did check your account imanilee and it's a free account, so you are not being charged by JotForm.
