adding a "paid" column to the responding sheet or delay the submit till after payment confirmed

    I have an order form

    I want to either not submit the form data till payment is confirmed, or after payment is confirmed to update/insert a yes for example under a column named paid (for example).

    The other issue I have is that when you add student 2 info, student 3,..etc the spread sheet would have the data in new column while I want all the data under same columns so I could easily after that sort it for example by grade and print it out. Is there a way to make multiple entries go in same spread sheet under same columns?
