I am not receiving the email that I need, so that I can reset my password.

To my understanding, you've already done this(see image below)
is that correct?
If so, it is possible that you're providing an incorrect information(email). If you still know your username, you can also try using that on the field provided for the "Forgot Password?" option. Or if you want, with your permission we can try to send you the Reset Instruction to your email. Just simply provide us the email address on your account or its username.

By the way, upon checking there is one account attached to the email address you've used when you create this thread? Are you referring to that account? I have sent a request instruction for that email address. Please update us if you've received it or not. Thank you.
