Can I have responses based off a previous answer?Asked by matiec29 on January 26, 2016 at 03:56 PM
Hi, I'm looking to get Date of Birth's depending on the amount of people selected from a drop down list, so should someone select 2 people from the drop down I would want the form to request 2 DOB's and if they select 1 person from the drop down I would want it to request the DOB of 1 et cetera. Is this possible?
The only way to do it is using conditions, take a look on this guide to get further details: http://support.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-show-or-hide-a-field-in-the-form-based-on-the-other-field-input-or-selection.
Other way could be using the Configurable list widget, you will find it on this link: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list.
This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
Hope this helps.
