Thank you page always the ugly default one shows

Hello,

I have edited my thank you page, but the default one still shows on form submission. I even added my custom thank you page as a condition, still the default one which is kind of ugly shows.

Am i missing something?

Also notification email template is the default one, not the one i have edited and saved.

I have just test and was able to modify the thank you page properly. After you save your changes in the thank you page, please do not forget to press the SAVE BUTTON to save the changes in your form
