We received your email advising us to change the domain for our forms to jotform.pro.com.
But, I checked and our forms seem to be working correctly from their present location..... has this issue been resolved?

This issue is not yet resolved as of now, there are some networks who are still using the cached dns of jotform.com which is why it is still working. However once they clear or purge the cache then the error would likely happen.
As a proactive measure please use jotformpro.com.
