How do I know who have responded?

Asked by alex_johan on October 14, 2010 at 04:40 AM

I have tried to figure this out by myself and know that it's possible to get an id from all respondents, but what does the id tell? How do I know who has responded? I want to know this so I know who to send a reminder to. Is it possible to tell from which e-mail the response came from?

If you do not have an email question on your form there is no way to know the email address of the sender.

There is an "IP" option on the submissions page. You can enable that and you can copy it a site like whatismyipaddress.com and find out their location. But that's pretty much all you will get and it is also a guess. It will not give you an email or address. Only the location where similar IP addresses were used.
