    Form cropping on zoom out

Asked by metamorfosis on October 14, 2010 at 06:12 AM

When I zoom out of the browser (Ctrl-), the form gets cropped from the bottom, the cropping increases with every level of zoom. How can I stop this happening? Is it something to do with pixels vs. ems? I am embedding the short script in my code as the full code seemed to break the javascript.

Bit of a noob so go gentle!

    Thanks

    Tony

Can you post the URL of the page so that we can also see the problem?

You can also try the iframe code if you would like. Here is how you can get it. Open your form on the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "iFrame Code".

    iframe has sorted it. Cheers.

I use Jotform for the forms on most of the sites I build, and this issue affects all of them. Try it yourself on any form. I think it might be related to the text box, as the size of them jumps about when you zoom in and out.

    Thanks for your help.
