Form Not Found error

    My form doesn't work too, says all the time "Oups! form not found...."

    I checked your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60257291086356 using the custom URL

    Can you please check also again on your brower. Please let us know if still not working for you. 

    I have also checked your account/username  elkrasavitsa  and it is Active and available as well.

    I'm sorry but it's still doesn't work!
    the error message it's the same!
    "Oups! Form not found: 60257291086356"

    Thank you for letting us know. There was a short lag on the replication of data between the servers but it has now been resolved.
