I don't know why submissions don't appear in the form sents.

Hi,

I got submissions of my form, and it appears in google drive integration (and it has been sent to e-mail). The problem is these submissions are not registrered inside website and I think it's interesting to save these results in diferents platforms that Jotform offers.

I'm interested in download data on excel to work with these after.

I'm not quite sure if I understand your concern correctly. Do you mean that the submissions are not showing in your account's submissions page?

There was a delay on our EU servers earlier, but it is now fixed, I also checked your account and there are 5 submissions in the form titled "Formulario observadores". Please do make sure to log in to our EU domain website when viewing the submissions, our EU domain is https://eu.jotform.com.
