Shared Form not showing up for Sub-User

I am a Sub-User, and a form that has been shared with me is not showing in my "Shared with you" section - the form is called "Young Voices Coaches"

Please try scrolling to the bottom of the form list, it should load/show you the 'Young Voices Coach' form at the bottom of the list.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Thank you, the form hadn't been shared with me originally - I spoke to the main user and they shared it with me!
