    Unable to login in: Username and password did not match

    I created my account a few days ago, my username is GeraldineAmat and my email geraldine.amat@yahoo.fr

    When i try to log in, i have the message Username or password did not match

    I tried to reset my password, but i still have the same message.

    Hope you can help,

    Hello Geraldine,

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is already active and you should not have any trouble in sign in.

    This is strange that you even after resetting your account password, you continue to have the same issue. I see you did try to reset your password earlier today and password reset instructions were sent to your email address. Did you click on the URL which is in the password reset instructions email?

    I would suggest you to please initiate the password reset process again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Well when i tried to reset it didn't work, but it works now (that's weird, i didn't change anything !)
