I have just reviewed our records and did not find any accounts created with your email. Can you please indicate the username you wish to cancel or the email used to created the account.

This was initially a one time order on a relative's computer which you
upgraded to monthly without my knowledge.
The card being charged is mine and my instruction yesterday stands.
I will retrieve the original order and request for refund as the upgrade
was not requested nor authorised by me.

Thank you for confirming the account. Before I proceed with the cancellation, I would like to inform you that you currently have an old plan. We no longer support this plan. If you decide to upgrade in the future, you will no longer be able to use this plan and will have to upgrade to our newer pricing plans.
If you wish to cancel the account, we can immediately give you a full refund for your last payment (1/29/2016). Unfortunately, we can not give you a full refund for your previous payment. Since you requested this on the 26th of January, we can only give a refund for the remaining days. In this case would be only three days.
You may also cancel your subscription from your account page.
