Oops form not found on form submission

*edit: This is know working, and i didn't change a thing myself! The second form i made is still erroring. How this is possible i really don't know. Form id as in the picture is working, so no need to change anything anymore!

I have been trying and trying after reading on the forum that this problem was solved. But i still keep getting the same damn error. I even tried with making a second form. Problem persists!


Please help to remove this error.

While there was an error that caused the issue you have on your screenshot it should be resolved at this time.
