Default a date field to "Today"

Can I default a date field to show "today" (the date the form is being completed)??

If I understood your question correctly you want to set DateTime field to show current date.

You can achieve that by selecting DateTime fields inside of your form Builder, selecting Default Date tab and selecting Current option.

If you want to see actual date and time when you form is submitted, then check Submission date on submission page of your form.
