Is it possible to add a User Contributed Dropdown to the Configurable List widget?

I have tried, but I cannot get it to work.

Could you let me know if I am doing something wrong or alternatively, if this is not possible?

Hi,

It is possible to add a dropdown field to the configurable list widget.  The proper entry in the widget for a dropdown is:

Drop down : dropdown : one, two, three : Please Select

First item is the name, second is type of field, third is the options in the field.

It is not possible for a user to add their own fields to the form.  If they need to enter specific data, using a text area or text box is the best way to allow for text to be entered.
