In the first part of your iFrame code, there is a height attribute:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/60243101075339" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:691px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Changing the height value will increase the height of the frame.  Increase this value until the full form fits in the frame.
