We would like to close our submissions but reopen at a later date. Is there a way to do this?

You can disable the form and enable it later: http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form. Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that would automatically enable the form at a certain date. You have to manually do it.
