How can you copy all the fields or several fields from a form and paste them onto a different form? Is this possible?

I created a form and now need to use the fields in this form as part of a new form. I would like to embed the original form onto the new one, or at least be able to copy and paste the fields I need. Is this possible? What is my best option?
