If I understand you correctly, you have already built your forms, and are now looking on how to how to add your built forms to your website. You can publish / embed your forms easily to your website by using one of our form embed codes:

Generally, if there are any issues such as scripting conflicts between the scripts on your website and the scripts of your forms, you may want to embed the forms with the iFrame embed method instead:

As I notice you are also asking about the forms being responsive, you may want to enable the mobile responsiveness option on your forms as well:

Let us know if you run into any issues with embedding the forms, in which case I would ask you to please also include the link to the exact page where the form is embedded, and we will be happy to help.
